Resolution of charges before trial/ preliminary inquiry date is set (e.g. diversion, peace bond, guilty plea, or withdrawal)	$3000
The trial may cost from $5000 to $20,000 or higher depending upon the complexity of the case, the stage of proceedings, the number of witnesses, and other facts, including whether or not the matter can be disposed of without a trial. Therefore, trial fees are determined on case-by-case basis. If a trial is required, a further retainer must be paid as requested.
